Garlic Aioli Sauce

This garlic aioli sauce is perfect for grass-fed burgers on gluten free sprouted buns or baked sweet potato fries.

 

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup raw cashew pieces, soaked for 4 to 8 hours

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons water

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

Instructions

  1. Soak the cashews for 4 to 8 hours

  2. Drain and rinse the cashews.

  3. Combine the cashews, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, and 1/4 cup of water in a blender and blend until smooth.

  4. If needed, add additional water 1 tablespoon at a time.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
